I made some friends and did some digging.
My new beach friends Hershey and Harley helped me. They're sister and brother Miniature Schnauzers from the same litter, but Hershey is smaller than me, and Harley is as big as my cousin Bertie!
I did some straight-leg floppy-ear running.
I found a starfish.
And I took in the view.
It was a really good day, apart from the bath when we got home.
Today it rained.
My human got so wet! She was wearing a raincoat and a sou'wester, but she still got soaked. I wore my raincoat, so I only got wet on my underneath, from running through the grass.
See how I'm reflected in the ground! That shiny thing on the right is a raindrop that got caught in the flash.
Tomorrow is the last day of summer. Yesterday we were at the beach, and today it feels like it's already winter...

That beach looks like so much fun....perhaps one day we'll be able to go.
We're still experiencing 36 temps. So it's still the early morning and late evening walks for us.

Hey yeah - when mum and dad take me to the beach - the day always ends in a bath (yuucchh!) I love the cool starfish - so pretty! I love it when I can make schanuzer friends.... Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
You're having a great time with friends hanging out the beach...I think all of your dogs friends enjoy digging...In the pictures they look so curious what was buried there...^_^

Wow - looks like you had a fantastic day at the beach!! That starfish is so beautiful, it almost doesn't look real!
It's starting to cool down here in Newcastle too and get a bit rainy...
It's sorta nice to visit a blog friend who has the same seasons as me - ha! ha!

As you know Sasha we LOVE the beach too! And every time we're there we daydream about running into you....sigh!
Hey - we saw a starfish the other day too but - um - we kinda tried to eat it and had to be dragged away....
