Let's see what they say.
First the little one... dogs off leash - excellent!
Now for the big one... what? Dogs on leash? That's outrageous!
But these signs are right near each other, at the same entrance to the park - I don't understand... Let's go a little further into the park.
Hmmm... well it does say I'm supposed to be back on leash past this sign (it's ok to be off-leash before the sign), but if you look carefully on the other side of the tram tracks, there's another sign peeping over the top of the rubbish bin.
Let's take a closer look at that sign.
That's a bit confusing - it looks like for a couple of hours a day I can go off leash in this area. And it's a trial for the next three months. It's been a trial for the next three months for over a year now - every time the trial period expires, they stick a new sticker on and extend it - not that I'm complaining!
So I may or may not be allowed off leash in the area near the park entrance - depending on which sign I obey. And I'm supposed to be on leash on the other side of the tram tracks, unless it's a certain time of the day, and only for the next little while - maybe.
But fortunately for me...
